Tundra Eliminates Beastcoast and NAVI To Reach The Findal Day Of PGL Wallachia
The final three teams at PGL Wallachia Season 2 have been decided. Team Falcons will wait for the winner of Tundra Esports and Heroic to face them in the Grand Final of the tournament.
The day didn’t start off too well for Tundra, as they dropped the first map against beastcoast in the elimination series. Game 2 didn’t look good either, as the Western European squad was down tens of thousands.
However, after a successful base defense, Tundra realized the beastcoast side didn’t have buybacks and ended the game after one fight. 33 and the crew continued to stomp the third game to survive in the tournament.
Team Falcons played against a fired up Heroic roster for a spot in the Grand Final. Though Heroic put up a great fight, especially in the second game, the MENA-backed organization showed why they were one of the best teams in 2024 and won the series 2-1.
The final series of the day featured Tundra taking on Natus Vincere for a chance at the final day of the event. After trading maps, MidOne picked Bounty Hunter in the final game to send his former teammate Puppey out of the event.
The Lower Bracket Final series will be interesting, as Heroic had already beaten Tundra twice in this tournament. The winner of PGL Wallachia Season 2 will be determined tomorrow.
