Tiebreakers Galore In BetBoom DACHA
Though it was supposed to end already, the group stage results in BetBoom DACHA aren’t completely clear yet, as we have unfinished tiebreaker situations in both groups.
Only three out of eight teams have ended their group stage:
- Gaimin Gladiators secure their Upper Bracket slot
- Nigma Galaxy and BetBoom Team have been eliminated
In Group A, a three-way tiebreaker persists between TSM, Team Secret, and Evil Geniuses. One round of tiebreakers has been attempted, but all three teams won and lost one game. We’ll have to run it back tomorrow to decide the two teams that make it to the Upper Bracket.
Meanwhile, the situation in Group B is much easier. Beastcoast and 9 Pandas are tied for second and third place, and a Best of 3 will be played, in which the winner will join Gaimin Gladiators in the Upper Bracket.
Due to these tiebreakers, we expect the tournament to be off-schedule on day four.
