KuroKy misses The International for the second time
European team Nigma Galaxy dropped out of The International 11 Regional Qualifiers, losing to Team Secret in the lower bracket. Thus, ??Kuro "KuroKy" Takhasomi misses The International for the second time during his career.
Last year, ??KuroKy also failed to qualify for The International. It was the first time an Esportsman missed the main event of the series. Before that, he had participated in every championship since 2011.
In the elimination match, ??KuroKy's team faced Team Secret led by ??Clement "Puppey" Ivanov. At the moment, he is the only player who has participated in all tournaments of The International series.
The International 11 European Qualifiers take place from September 14 to 17. Their winner receives a direct invitation to the group stage, and the 2nd and 3rd places advance to Last Chance.
