BetBoom DACHA Day 2: Nigma Galaxy In The Brink Of Elimination

News
Published at: 2023-09-11 17:28:00

Day 2 of the BetBoom DACHA LAN Stage had ended. Here’s a recap!

Nigma Galaxy 0-2 9 Pandas

In the first game of this series, 9 Pandas took an early 8,000 net worth lead at 28 minutes, but Nigma Galaxy made a comeback to build a 27,000 gold lead at minute 48. However, kiyotaka’s Storm Spirit surprised the entire enemy lineup with a Refresher + Aghanim’s combo that wiped Nigma Galaxy entirely. This play allowed 9 Pandas to make the comeback and take the win.

In the second game, 9 Pandas played very well and had complete control over the entire game. Though it turned dicey in the late game, the Pandas still closed the series 2-0.

Nigma Galaxy is on thin ice, and they must win their series tomorrow, or they will be eliminated.

Evil Geniuses 1-1 BetBoom Team

EG hasn’t been in their best form lately, but they turned up for the first game against the BetBoom Team. Pakazs had a completely free game, going 14/0/2 on his Sven to win the game for EG at 29 minutes.

In the second game, EG played well in the early to middle portions, but this time, the Sven was in the hands of Nightfall, who went 15/1/8 to put the game in his team’s favor. Pakazs “rage quit” after dying without buyback, forcing the series to conclude in a draw.

Beastcoast 0-2 Gaimin Gladiators

Beastcoast had fair control over the game, with Parker’s Sven having an excellent game. The South American team had a 10,000 net worth lead at 25 minutes, but this lead quickly diminished after Beastcoast took a disastrous fight in the bottom lane. The Gladiators could make a comeback to be up 1-0 in the series.

In Game 2, Beastcoast again had an 11,000 gold lead at 29 minutes thrown away after losing a team fight against Gaimin Gladiators. Quinn showed a fantastic performance on his Queen of Pain to propel the Gladiators to their second 2-0 victory of the tournament.

TSM 0-2 Team Secret

The first game of TSM and Team Secret has to be the day's highlight. Both teams played their hearts out in a thriller 68-minute game. Team Secret had the net worth lead for a large portion of the game, but TSM kept pulling it back.

Crystallis Phantom Assassin could one-shot TSM heroes, including Timado’s carry Wraith King with one Dagger crit thanks to a Divine Rapier. In the end, TSM heroes died without buyback, and Team Secret could scoop the win.

Fortunately, for Team Secret fans, SumaiL and his 24/1/13 mid Earthshaker stomp the second game of the series.

Tomorrow is the final day of the group stage!
