Aurora and Blacklist International Qualify For Riyadh Masters 2024
The Southeast Asian Qualifiers for the upcoming Riyadh Masters 2024 tournament has ended.
Aurora, as expected, dominated the Qualifier, taking down TNC Predator, Neon Esports, and Talon Esports. The favorites only dropped one map throughout their campaign, defeating their former organization 2-0 in the Grand Final.
Meanwhile, the new Blacklist International lineup struggled in their opening series, losing to Bleed Esports. However, they clawed through the Lower Bracket, taking down IHC Esports, Neon Esports, and TNC Predator to meet Talon Esports in the qualification match.
Talon Esports took the first map, but Blacklist International showed resilience and took the next two maps to qualify for their first event in a while.
With these results, Aurora and Blacklist International will represent Southeast Asia in the multi million-dollar event.
Riyadh Masters 2024 will feature a prize pool of $5,000,000, and run from July 4 to 21. The event will take place in an offline format at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The remaining qualifiers are still ongoing.
